- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Restock merchandise and maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support weekend promotional events and store activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends and evening shifts consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation.
