Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso drinks following precise recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of coffee station and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Upsell specialty items and loyalty program memberships
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Strong communication and customer focus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to River North location
- Food Handler certification a plus
