Responsibilities

- Manage Sales Floor Operations: Organize merchandise displays, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Process Transactions: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist with weekly inventory counts and coordinate stock transfers to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with floor managers and fellow associates to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in past employment or academic settings.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions and basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
