Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor at the sales counter.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and process transactions accurately.
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, including weekly stock counts and receiving shipments.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
