Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entry, answering inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
- Organize merchandise displays to maintain a clean, appealing, and safe shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and tracking stock levels.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
