- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store remains tidy and visually appealing.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
- Assist with inventory management and stock counts as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
