Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all visitors and clients.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and organizing stockrooms efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational goals are met during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
