Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and assistance.
- Assist with product selection, answering questions, and explaining features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash/card payments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy weekend shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Perform inventory checks and restock shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; current college students are encouraged to apply.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville location.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items (up to 25 lbs).
