Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by executing merchandising strategies and keeping the area organized.
- Process transactions accurately at the point-of-sale (POS) system while adhering to company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring store security and cash handling protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
