Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Merchandise and maintain store displays to reflect seasonal promotions
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Participate in evening closing procedures including cash reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Flexible availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable transportation to North Central Phoenix location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
