Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and trend guidance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking and floor maintenance
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening and weekend rushes
- Assist in inventory management and loss prevention procedures
- Participate in store opening/closing duties for weekend shifts
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
Qualifications
- Evening and weekend availability (Thu-Sun shifts, 4-10 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Passion for fashion and youth culture
- Reliable transportation to downtown Minneapolis location
