- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts (Thu-Sun, 4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems

- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for Thu-Sun shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) mandatory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
