Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and positive demeanor.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and operational standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
