Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments, using our state-of-the-art POS equipment.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policies.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels on the sales floor when not at the register.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is a plus but not required (we train).
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the sales floor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation (for on-site shifts).
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
