Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience in our Philadelphia store.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash handling duties.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Operate standard retail equipment, including handheld scanners and register systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts and seasonal setup/breakdown activities.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia location.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
