Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Inventory Support: Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay suggestions to management to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work.
- Basic Skills: Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
