Your Role:
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, friendly, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Operate store equipment and ensure the store appearance meets high standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Cash handling and processing of returns and exchanges.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth operations and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in cash handling.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a customer-first mindset.
