Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and performing stock counts.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Perform basic cleaning duties to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory purposes.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
