Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming store environment.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, visually appealing store layout.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and process transactions accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
