Responsibilities
- Stock, arrange, and organize merchandise on shelves and displays before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with overnight crew to receive and process shipments
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention standards
- Assist with price tagging and promotional set-ups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
