Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory using FIFO principles to ensure product freshness
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain efficient workflow
- Perform quality checks on incoming products and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and salesfloor areas
- Utilize handheld scanners for inventory tracking and replenishment
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Mission Street location
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
