Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operations Support: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash and card payments securely.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving shipments, checking inventory levels, and restocking shelves as needed.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex problems to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time and ready to work.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and handling cash transactions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to medium objects for extended periods.
