Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the processing and handling of inventory and merchandise with speed and accuracy during weekend shifts.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers and team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, to maintain a secure workspace.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and responsibly.
- Quality Control: Perform regular checks on stock accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain high standards of quality.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred for warehouse mobility.
