Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with strict accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to meet company safety and organization standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
