Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling payments efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and effective problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not strictly required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation (if applicable).
