Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, providing product recommendations and expert advice.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling returns.
- Organize merchandise displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are easily accessible.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom environment.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and replenishing shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with technology and POS systems is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
