Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Collaborate with the floor team to manage customer flow and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago location.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
