Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the weekend team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Train, coach, and mentor new hires to ensure a cohesive and efficient workforce.
- Monitor store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
- Assist in the execution of promotional events and sales strategies.
- Conduct daily briefings and shift-end reviews with the team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Ability to work evenings and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- High school diploma or GED required.
