Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during evening/weekend shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Lead and motivate 3-5 person retail team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all interactions
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines for store presentation
- Handle cash operations and daily reconciliation procedures
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or supervisory experience required
- Availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
