Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations during evening and weekend shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Lead and motivate a team of 8-12 associates
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle cash operations and resolve customer inquiries
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Train new staff on company procedures and policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail or hospitality management experience
- Proven leadership skills in team environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work flexible evenings and weekends
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
