Responsibilities
- Manage weekend inventory and stock levels efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Assist in processing customer orders and queries with a smile.
- Ensure the warehouse and office areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and stock discrepancies.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
Qualifications
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Previous experience in logistics, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg safely and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable internet connection for communication.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
