Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to venue guests
- Manage cash transactions and POS operations
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team during high-volume periods
- Enforce venue policies and handle guest inquiries
- Complete end-of-shift reporting procedures
Qualifications
- Available Friday and Saturday nights (10 PM - 4 AM)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid ID and reliable transportation
- Must be 21+ due to alcohol service requirements
