Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise during overnight hours.
- Stock shelves and display areas according to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout the shift.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Assist in preparing product for shipment to various retail locations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dorchester facility.
