Responsibilities

- Screen visitors and enforce access control procedures
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Operate security technology including biometric scanners and alarm systems
- Conduct regular property safety inspections
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old with valid Washington State Guard Card
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear background check and drug screen required
- Previous security experience preferred but not mandatory
