Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and foot patrols to prevent security breaches
- Access control management including ID verification and visitor screening
- Incident documentation and detailed report writing for all security events
- Emergency response coordination including first aid and fire safety protocols
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required
- Conduct perimeter checks and alarm system verification
- Provide professional customer service to tenants and visitors
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid Pennsylvania Security Guard License
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear criminal background check and drug-free workplace compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations
