Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and foot patrols during weekend nights (Fri-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies following protocol
- Document daily activity logs and incident reports with precision
- Access control management for commercial/residential properties
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance reports
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1-year security or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte locations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
