Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and deter unauthorized access during weekend night hours
- Operate CCTV systems and patrol assigned areas
- Respond promptly to incidents and escalate when necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs
- Provide excellent customer service to venue patrons and staff
- Maintain professional appearance and communication standards
- Collaborate with emergency services when required
Qualifications
- Valid SIA License (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication abilities under pressure
- Full weekend availability (Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights)
- Basic first aid certification preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
- Minimum 18 years of age
