Responsibilities
- Monitor facility security systems and respond to overnight alerts
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Assist with client emergency support via phone and digital channels
- Document operational activities in nightly logs
- Coordinate with on-call supervisors for urgent escalations
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces during shift
- Provide courteous client interactions during off-hours support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous overnight or shift work experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 11PM-7AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
