Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and patrols to prevent security breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents with professional intervention
- Document daily activities in detailed security logs and incident reports
- Screen visitors and vehicles to ensure access compliance with site policies
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Maintain communication with central dispatch and on-site management
- Enforce safety protocols during special events and high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Guard Card (or willingness to obtain pre-employment)
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts in various weather conditions
- Strong observational skills and conflict de-escalation abilities
- Proficient in writing detailed incident reports
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
