Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises on foot and/or vehicle during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms promptly
- Document security incidents and daily activity reports with precision
- Verify visitor credentials and control access to restricted areas
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Maintain detailed logs of suspicious activities and safety hazards
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Security Officer License (or willingness to obtain before start)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shifts
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in surveillance technology and reporting software
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and calm demeanor under pressure
