Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage cash transactions and POS operations with precision
- Monitor venue security and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Stock inventory and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-volume periods
- Report operational issues to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend nights (Friday/Saturday) and holidays
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Washington State alcohol service certification (WSET/OLCC)
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in high-energy settings
- Reliable transportation for late-night shifts
