Responsibilities
- Monitor facility operations and patient/resident welfare during overnight hours
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow established protocols
- Document activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
- Perform routine safety checks and maintain secure environments
- Assist with resident/patient needs including medication administration under supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare teams during shift transitions
- Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous overnight or healthcare experience preferred
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
