Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage venue operations including cash handling, stock inventory, and safety protocols
- Create welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele in high-energy environments
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure venue compliance and guest safety
- Process transactions accurately and maintain financial records
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown during operational transitions
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for weekend nights (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) essential
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Valid UK personal license (PLH) or willingness to obtain
