Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and deter security breaches through patrols and surveillance
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
- Complete detailed incident reports and shift documentation
- Operate security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Maintain professional communication with law enforcement and emergency services
- Safeguard client assets and enforce site-specific protocols
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) 10 PM - 6 AM
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and de-escalation abilities
- Basic computer literacy for report writing
- No felony convictions; clean background check required
- 18+ years of age
