- Supervise 5-8 staff members during weekend night shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints

- Handle cash operations and POS system reconciliation
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train new staff on operational procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Ability to work weekends and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in POS systems and basic inventory management
