Responsibilities
- Monitor hotel security systems and guest check-in/check-out activities overnight
- Perform financial reconciliation of daily transactions using Opera PMS
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance issues
- Manage emergency protocols and coordinate with security teams
- Prepare daily reports for management review
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Basic first aid certification desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
