- Deliver outstanding guest service during evening and weekend shifts

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Prepare and maintain clean, welcoming public areas
- Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexible availability for evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
