Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services across resort amenities including poolside, lobby, and event spaces
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using resort management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Execute promotional activities and upsell resort packages
- Complete accurate shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid Maryland driver's license (preferred)
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Must pass background check
