- Deliver premium guest service at weekend events including concerts, festivals, and private functions
- Manage VIP guest experiences and coordinate with event staff for seamless operations
- Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards during high-traffic weekend periods
- Process ticketing and access control with precision using digital systems
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including furniture arrangement and equipment checks
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Monitor crowd dynamics and ensure compliance with venue policies
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday evenings) and occasional holidays
- Basic knowledge of event operations and crowd management principles
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
