Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and operate property management systems accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Uphold brand standards in facility cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Proficient with digital reservation systems and POS technology
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (if required for errands)
- 18+ years of age (per alcohol service laws)
